Hi,
In order to pursue undergraduate degree from UK you need to 12th pass from recognized education board with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in class 12th plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
For admission in undergraduate degree in UK universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.

This innovative and distinctive course is run by the School of Design and Leeds University Business School. The concept behind the course is the continuing fusion between advertising and design. It is at this point of convergence, along with a rapidly expanding media landscape, from which the most interesting ideas emerge.
The course enables you to focus on a creative approach to solving communication problems in advertising and branding. Alongside this, you will study theoretical modules to provide you with insight into the strategic thinking necessary to create effective and memorable communication campaigns.
The core modules, studied in the School of Design, are: Visual Communication; Persuasion; Integrated Communication; and a Creative Direction project or dissertation. Its little bit difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students are offered admissions at VIT University but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
