Hi,
In order to pursue undergraduate degree from UK you need to 12th pass from recognized education board with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in class 12th plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
For admission in undergraduate degree in UK universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.

Hi Rounka,
Its little bit difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students are offered admissions at VIT University but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
