Hi Ian, although the cutoffs of Delhi University goes high every year, but don't worry. Wait for the declaration of the cutoff and participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. After the first or second round, you will be able to get a seat in one of the colleges of Delhi University. Don't worry, be confident. Apply for the evening colleges also, it will help you. There is no difference between mornings and evenings classes. Only timings will be different.

There are plenty no. of colleges which provide BCA admission and also has some scholarships schemes! Please provide the preferred location!

The fee structure here is INR. 35,000 annually for BCA course.

As you have scored 83.8% in class 12th CSBE board you are eligible to take admission in this college. But as the cutoffs of the first round will be high, so you should wait till the second or third cutoff list to get admission.
