Hi Abhishek, the advantage of going for this course to these universities will be that you will get a good insight into research, as I suppose you are taking it at MRes level. both the Univ are ranked well as mentioned in my previous comment to your answer.
The subject is research oriented and without a proper research insight it will be incomplete. So in my opinion you should take it up. But do take opinion from different people.

Hi Anish, The first and foremost point that is in your favor is that you got above 50%. With this, you are entitled for admission. Policies and procedures vary from college to college and some colleges do have admission test. Try to the best of your ability else go for B.Com

As your percentage is not pretty high it would be difficult to get into decent Business Colleges. However, you can try and apply to private Institutes like Amity etc. There are several other Institutes in Mumbai under Mumbai University which you can check with.

Firstly you should specify which category you belong to, because scenario changes with change in category. Also your expected All India rank can be anywhere between 1lakh to 1,60,000 as i had checked on jre.edu.in website.So there are chances that you can get good private institutes. Tell me your preferred location and branch.
