I suggest either you fill the improvement exam or choose to re-appear your 12th so that you may set a firm foundation and then decide what course and curriculum you are interested in. Since your 12th grade results are crucial and are considered almost everywhere. Alternately, you may choose to pursue a correspondence programme.
There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first do away with your improvement exams or repeat 12th grade, whichever is suitable to you, as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance your studies.
In order to get past a reputed college and a feasible course, ensure that you crack these exams to the best of your capability.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2. However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu, offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The college is really good and all the faculties are highly qualified and have rich experience in corporate as well as teaching field also now its going to be privet university so the syllabus will also change and according to the source it was stated that the syllabus will be based on practical understanding which actually require in corporate world.
If we talk about summer internship ample amount of companies are visiting, this time in my batch everyone got place in one or another good company for summer internship.
now some brief trivia about placement ,This year average package offered by companies are between 2.5-3.0 lac per year. Highest package offered by Colgate is 5.5 lac per year and almost 20-30 companies have visited like TCS, Colgate, Asian Paints ,pantaloons, Vodafon and banks such as ICICI, SBI ,IDBI etc and still more to come .so this are current placement scenario.I hope this will give u some clarity regarding placement.If u still need detail information contact me anytime.
