245 is quite a good rank and if you are of Delhi quota then you might get USMS but as per your question MAIT is preferred over DIAS by the students.
Placement as well as teachers are good in MAIT.So go for MAIT else do check the sites of college for more info.

The lowest package is around 3 lpa, and the highest package was 18 lpa for all the programs combined, for the 2013-15 batch. Around 90 percent students are placed.
Individual details of all the programs aren't officially released, so I cannot comment on them, but IB is a great program if you want to go into International Business.

Hello
PGDM is given by an institute that is affiliated to the AICTE while an MBA is given only by an independent University. Both are considered equal in India; what matters more is from where are you pursuing it. For example, a PGDM from a top-ranked B-school is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average university, and vice-versa.
