Yes, there are really good chances for you to get a seat at Sastra University. You can also get a top course as you have good scores. Your overall percentage (98%) and JEE main scores (89) will be converted into a percentile and the ranks will be put your percentile will be: 98(0.75)+89(0.25)=95.75
On June 10, in the evening, they will release the rank list and so you may check your possibility of getting a top course.

Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University, as you have good scores in board exams as well as JEE Main exam. There are good chances for you to get a good course like CSE, ECE etc. but it depends on your rank and the no. of seats available. They will convert both of the marks into percentile as follows:
123(0.25) +97.5(0.75) =103.8. On this basis you will be placed on a rank.
Apply under stream 1, if you have not and the last date is June 10.
