Yes, you can definitely apply for the management studies in the institutes you like. You just need to get the information about the cutoffs required and the admission procedure of the same. Do the required procedures as soon as possible so that the seats are not filled up.

It depends from person to person. I personally believe that you should definitely drop for JEE. You know you are afraid that you may lower your marks, which has a very low probability of happening. But if you drop and do well next year, you could easily get a government college, which you have always wanted to and let me tell you, my friend, if you give your 100% next year, you shall get CS. You just can't let your fear stop you from trying. If now you let your fear stop you, then you are in a big trouble. Don't even think about marks, just go study.

IMUCET is the entrance examination for colleges affiliated to IMU whereas TMI has its own screening test called TMISAT. The intention is to check your basic knowledge in science, maths and English, aptitude additionally. If you are well versed with what you learnt in class 12, I don't think you need much preparation. As far as English is concerned, you need to work on your grammar. Even if you manage to clear the English exam, with poor English you wouldn't be able to sustain the interview. Students who are weak in English but have an excellent academic record are considered and are usually called a week before the sessions begin for E

Your percentile (50% weightage to HSC score and 50% weightage to CET score) is 61.38, so you will not get COEP. But there are various good colleges in Pune, you can apply for them and you will definitely get a good college.
All the best.

Hi,
You can get a seat in Presidency University through a quota called CET-management, but not through CET. But, there will be a little fee difference and seats under that quota are limited. So, if you have rounded off Presidency University then apply now.

As you are talking about the top 10, I am assuming that you are talking about the top 10 chemical engineering colleges. And for the marks you've scored, there is a bleak possibility for you to get chemical at LIT, Nagpur. Well I guess that should be your 1st preference. Secondly, there are a lot of colleges offering chemical as well as food engineering.
