It depends on the course you want to get into and the category you belong to. If you want to do BA in subjects like Hindi or history and belong to any reserved category, 77% will be enough. If not, you will have to wait for 4th-5th cutoff and if the seats are still vacant then you might get admission.

UGC NET exam will be conducted in the month of June on the following dates; 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28th June 2019. Admit Cards for the June session has been uploaded on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). As per the latest announcements by the NTA, aspirants can download their Admit cards from 28th May 2019.
To download the UGC NET Admit Card follow these steps:
Go to the official website of the NTA. Click on the download Admit Card. Fill all the asked credentials. After filling all the valid information. You can fetch your admit card. Save it and take a print out.

No, it is not worth joining as its fees is too high. Put in some extra efforts and scout for a place, because once the programme starts, they won't refund a single penny of your fees, irrespective of the fact whether you stay in the hostel for 1 day or 1 month.

Hello Siddarth, Yes you can do. There are 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced and the board exam scores are valid till then. Hence you can appear for the exam and get admission if you crack it with a good score. All the best !

As per my views, history will be better as compared to political science because history can be interesting and political science can get boring sometimes. However, as you said you are in arts stream I doubt you will not be eligible for CSE engineering because PCM is a must condition for the eligibility of CSE.
