Both the course you mentioned are good to pursue and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Well it is always advisable to pursue a regular course, as per your query regarding foreign language then you may even pursue this course along with BBA.
However, I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

You have heard it right and first batch of this Integrated 5 years program will commence with effect from this year. Drawbacks are:- This program is Integrated Diploma in Management" and not the famous IIM-PGDM. Who will be its takers, will be known after 5 years only. Faculty will be drawn from retired teachers, industry experts and other renowned institutes but what will be their commitment can be know only later.
The five-year integrated programme in management is aimed at students who have passed out class XII / Higher Secondary or equivalent from various schools in India.
Eligibility criteria for this programme are 60% aggregate marks at Secondary/ X Std/ Equivalent and at Higher Secondary/XII/+2 level/ Equivalent for General and NC-OBC category candidates (55% aggregate marks at Secondary/ X Std/ Equivalent and at Higher Secondary/XII/+2 level/ Equivalent for SC, ST and PWD / DA candidates). All candidates meeting the minimum eligibility mentioned above will be called for Aptitude Test.
Shortlist for Personal Interview would be based on their performance in Aptitude Test. Final selection would be based on their performance in Aptitude Test (AT) and Personal Interview (PI). Government of India reservation norms would be followed while admitting the candidates. Further details about the process is given in “Admission Procedure and Selection Criteria” page.
The Aptitude Test on August 12, 2012 and Personal Interview during September 1-2, 2012 would be held at various centers including Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata and Mumbai. Th plan to invite all eligible candidates for AT and roughly seven times of the batch size for PI. The classes are scheduled to begin in October 2012.
Tuition fee for the programme for the first 3 years would be Rs.300,000 per annum and for next two years would be Rs.500,000 per annum (tentative). This fee does not include boarding and lodging. The Institute has the right to revise the fee subsequently.
Accommodation would be organized on the campus on a twin-sharing basis for the first 3 years. Single room accommodation would be made available for the 4th and 5th year of the programme on campus.
This academic programme would consist of 15 terms spread over 5 years with 3 terms a year. Each term is for 3 months.
Finally my suggestion is if you have scored above 85% in 10th, concentrate wholly on IIT-JEE otherwise you may opt for IIM integrated program.
