After XIIth give the exam for NIFD. IF you get selected there then you can go for this interior designing course in a reputed institute. At the same time you can also give exam for NIFT adn for NID Ahmedabad. NID is a premier institute for design.

I would not call it a good decision.You must try to figure out the root causes of your stress. It need not be academics related to engg ir specially IT. It can be due to something else and if that is the case then even changing the field would not help you. So give it one more try and analyze the reasons for your stress with help of someone in whom you have confidence.
