There are a few chances that u can get admission in the top NIT's on the basis of ur score. But there is no guarantee of getting a good college. U should keep an eye on the counseling schedule and also try to get admission in some of the best colleges/institutes providing quality education, best placements, health facilities, etc moreover on the basis of ur 12 th standard exam u can also get scholarship and best placements.

Hi Tushar, its so sad that you missed out of counselling in first round despite getting such a wonderful rank. RVCE CSE closed at rank 75 & IT little further. Both the branches were filled during 1st 2 sessions on day one itself. Now second session starts on 24th July & if any of the earlier seat holder surrenders their seats then only you might get chance. Chances are bleak but wish you all the very best.

Hello ankur,
1. we do accept MAT score but only 2015 mat score.
we dont accept last september score.
so if you gave your MAT this year you are eligible.
2.Score wise its good but you have to apply bit faster as seats are getting full.
3.so overall you are eligible if seats are available.
so contact college and ask for the forms.
4. Elegibility creteria : you should have atleast 50% in your graduation.
Only MAT 2015 score is accepted .

There is no hard and fast rule regarding best IIT's because all the IIT's almost follow the same norms bur some of them like IIT Madras, IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur are very famous on the basis of their placements and top experienced faculty. If someone get good score he should certainly try in theses IIT's otherwise certain other colleges/Instituters also provide better infrastructure and quality education. Some of them are Lovely Professional University, KL College of Engineering, Galgotia Noida.

1.5 lakh students will be shortlisted for IITs – based on their scores in JEE Mains and Class XII boards.
IIT-JEE (Advanced) syllabus:
The JEE (Advance) syllabus is the entire CBSE Board syllabus minus a few topics. For Mathematics, the topics Not Covered in JEE (Advanced) are Mathematical Induction, Statistics, Linear Inequality and Mathematical Reasoning.
