Dear friend,1)Being in the Software field, you should chosse MBA in IT,
2) on the basis of your globalise position, you shoud opt for MBA in International Business.
again onthe basis of ERP you are implementing.
3) if it is Material or Inventory related ERP -go for MBA in MM
4) if it is Sales ERP you Implement then -MBA Marketing
5)If it Finance or Accounting ERP -Then MBA in Finance
and so on Like Logistics, Supply Chain Magt etc depending on the domain you are working in .

UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above then you may sit for the exam.

Dear Dev, you can get Degree within 1 -2 year and that too well recognised in and out of India.
You can sit for AeSI (Aeronautical Society of India) BE , chartered Engineering program where you have too clear few subjects to get BE.
After that you can use AMAeSI after your name.
this Associates Exam is recognised in India for Govt Jobs and higher education. You can take this exam privately with self study or by pvt coaching
you can apply for any govt jobs like ISRO, HAL,AAI, Airlines and IAF too.
further you can enroll for ME/M.Tech in IIT's and IISC .
