Well I may suggest you:-
Speak without Fear- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
Surround Yourself with English- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the music and even news to hear different accents.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

-College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG)
-Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU)
-Delhi Technological University

After doing B.COM, You should go FOR M.COM or You can Do CA/ICWA/CS, and after your Post graduation you can clear NET exam and you can get job in college. But to be expert you select one of the area of Finance and do research. And if you want to go for teaching. Start teaching while doing B.Com and M.COM to have experience of teaching and to build teaching skills.
