As of now LLB is not offered through Distance Education Mode and/or Part time and/or open Education system and/or Online mode as because the Bar Council of India (the sole regulatory of all LLB courses across in India), dose not recognizes the offering of LLB through these modes.
Please note that in respect of LLB course only University Grants Commission's recommendation is not enough the course should also by approved by Bar Council of India.
Recently from the words of mouth I have also come to learn that some "so called universities/institutes" are offering this course in Distance Mode, but the real fact is this that same is not approved by UGC or BCI. Learning in this institute shall though give you the knowledge of Law but the certificates issued will be no worthy than the scrap papers and you will not be able to practice as an Advocate.

Yes you can provided you increase it to 60 percent by the end of 4th year.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidates applying for admission to the first year of MBA (Full-Time) Programme must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor's Degree Programme after 12 years of formal schooling in any of the following disciplines. The minimum requisite percentage of marks in different disciplines is as follows :-
Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences - 50%Sciences - 55%Mathematics or Statistics - 60%Medicine, Engineering or Technology - 60% / CGPA of at least 6.00 in a scale of 10.00
OR
Post Graduate Degree or 2nd Degree examination after 10+2+3 scheme, securing at least 60% marks.

As you are interested in pursuing your MS in Mechanical from Germany, I would like to say that Germany is very much known for its technological advancements. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

In order to pursue MS in Canadian universities you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100- 1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, OR
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee of a Canadian university is about CAN$ 30,000 per-year.The fees and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

You can read news, send email, watch movies, talk to somone etc. Animation is a series of 1D, 2D and 3D moving images. For example, movie like Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc, Spiderman and battle scenes in Lord of the Rings etc are good examples of animation. You can choose animation if you are good in drawing, painting and have an excellent colour sense. In Multimedia profession, you need a wide range of skills. For example Web Design, Computer Games Skills, Advertising Graphics etc. You must be good in animation tools like Maya, ZBrush, After Effects or web designing tools like Flash, Dreamweaver etc. First get a good basic knowledge about what you will learning if you join a Multimedia or Animation course.
