Weak English can be improved. The good thing about language learning is that you can get excellent ATIT within few months. However, you won't master it like Shashi Tharoor but yet you'll be fluent ATIT if you put effort and don't give up. To get admission in B-School, for that matter, English isn't most vital thing but confident and knowledge of field is.

Basically, after you complete your Pharma.D degree from an Indian institute, you need to satisfy two prerequisite conditions of the US pharmacy council. Clear the routine language clearance exam, which is IELTS. Once you are through with that, you have to prove your equivalence. Equivalence test consist of NAPLEX exam. Once you clear that with satisfactory grades, you will have to get certain hours of practice (also called practical training) before u start practicing privately. Best of luck.
