Hello, for electrical students both courses are very good. You can opt any one from your base knowledge like if you have read micro controller/microprocessor, embedded system as well as have good hand in coding ( Assembly or C language) then obviously Embedded system suits you. In case of VLSI there should be command on microelectronics and VHDL & Xilinx (software). Work on it. Good luck.

If you want to become a business man, wasting five years in engineering is waste of time and money. If you want to do business management, then I prefer it to you strongly as there are too much scope for business management, B.Com and engineering. Now, there is a wide wide scope for business management because companies or private sector looks out for talents and if you have the ability, you may get a higher package abroad. If you do want to open a company, then also business management is better to secure future. Else, you may ask your ideal teacher or parents to guide and take decision.
