Yes you can change, but it will be little bit difficult. Find a college, which offers you admission for PGDM, then you can leave the present college in which you are studying. Victoria University in Ahmadabad has October intakes you can check the details of that college.

I am afraid, you will not be bale to appear for any entrance test for MBA as the minimum qualifying percentage requirement for general category students is 50% marks at graduation level. Some options that you could explore are:
1. Reappear for Graduation and try to score more that 50% marks
2. Pick up employment and post gaining 3 years of work experience explore part time MBA, distance MBA or Executive MBA programs.
