The SAP FICO module is meant for the people who has at least 2 or 3 years experience in accounts and finance domain.
The reason is that without having the job role knowledge, a SAP functional consultant will not be able to design and customise software with ABAPer. I suggest you to get few experience in finance domain first and then you may opt for SAP FI/CO module. Even if you go to do it from authorised SAP learning centre, the experience is must.
