First of all I would like to say that the eligibility to go for MBA is 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University so if you have good percentage in Graduation you can go ahead and sit for MBA Entrance Examination after which you have to clear GD & PI. However, you can get a decent profile even with B.Sc Computer Science you can get into the role of researcher, Quality Analyst etc. or can plan M.Sc and get into teaching field.

In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- CSAT and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
