Although it would be quite difficult to suggest the top 5 as this may differ from one's point of view to other's. Yet you may look for FMS, IIFT, MDI, IIIT Delhi, and the ones like Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management/ IMT/ BIMTECH.

As you have not mentioned your educational qualification it would be difficult to guide you further on your career. However, if you have just completed your graduation you can definitely look forward to do an MBA with HR as a specialization but remember that if you plan your MBA do it from a decent full time Institute as MBA would hold value only if you do it from a good B-School especially in case of fresher as distance learning would be fruitful for the professionals with good work Experience.
The designations could be anything from HR Executive to Manager to VP depending on your own caliber, how you perform on the programme

Overall as well as sectional cutoffs are dependent on colleges. Almost all colleges accepting CAT scores in top 20 have sectional cutoffs.
