Hi Kartik,
In order to pursue MS in US you need to have:
Good academic record throughout preferably 60%.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US has 2 admission intakes namely: Fall(August) and Spring(January) intake, so first of all you need to decide which intake you want admission and than accordingly you should start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, It is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance. Universities in US require 10+2+4 years of education for MS.
In UK also the admission process remain the same, the only difference here is that you do not have to take GRE, because universities in UK do not require GRE score, they only require TOEFL or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Both IELTS and TOEFL have 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
GRE,is a test which need to take by all the student who wish to pursue MS course in US.
It is of 1600 marks, and all the good universities requires 1200 plus score.

As you have not mentioned your educational qualification it would be difficult to guide you further on your career. However, if you have just completed your graduation you can definitely look forward to do an MBA with HR as a specialization but remember that if you plan your MBA do it from a decent full time Institute as MBA would hold value only if you do it from a good B-School especially in case of fresher as distance learning would be fruitful for the professionals with good work Experience.
The designations could be anything from HR Executive to Manager to VP depending on your own caliber, how you perform on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements.

Hi Suraj, The Karnataka Common Entrance Test of KCET is one of the most famous entrance exams that is conducted in India. It is conducted for the purpose of admitting students to first year courses in Engineering, Medical, Dental courses in Karnataka. This exam is held in two stages with Multiple Type Questions asked in the question paper. The two stages of exam require two different kinds of books. Since the second part of the exam contains subjective type questions, accordingly the nature of the book that is to be consulted during the preparation has to be of subjective in nature and carry numerous examples that has came in the previous yes questions papers.
