First of all I would like to say that correspondence programs generally don't hold great value in the job market. As far as IIBM is concerned as it offers the certificate courses which are neither recognized by UGC nor AICTE so, please take an informed decision before plunging into any program.
I would like add here that few of the things you should remember while choosing an Institute are:
First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE)
Secondly the course curriculum and the study material
The infrastructure
The no. of classes provided in case it is a correspondence progra
