Hi Nirmal,
In order to become an IAS you have to give the UPSC exams conducted by the govt. of India. The eligibility for the UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 50%, the eligible age lies between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC that you need to clear- Preliminary exam and Main Exam. For your preparation, i would suggest you to first complete your graduation as it is must and when you are in the final year of your graduation join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material. For right now i would suggest you to go through the newspapers daily and read a good books related to GK and Current Affairs.
