On the basis of completing graduation you are eligible for the LL.B course as the minimum course requirement is a graduate degree from a recognized University. But then as you have also mentioned that you have pursued your graduate course after 10th and not after completing your schooling, getting admission to a regular course or admission in a prestigious college would be difficult.
You can try for the Law courses through the correspondence mode as well, but pursuing this course will not be recognized for practicing law as a career as per the BCI rule.

Distance learning MBA - Degree will be given outside the juridiction of the state. for example a insitute is based in Mumbai and its giving the degree of another state unicersity but your classes will be held regularly in that same institute.
Correspondence MBA- Classess will not be conducted only you have to give Exams.

There is no university in Canada that offers MBA in airline management. Such specializations are offered in India. You can look for a university here in India itself.
Regarding work experience, except for Carleton University, all universities have a requirements of 2 years and above.

As you are interested in Mass Comm and pursuing engineering i would suggest you to think about this decision again as both the fields are totally different and have different career prospects. But as you have asked this question, i wold like to give you the answer. Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc. Few good colleges under Delhi University are are

You will require a good score in the GRE(preferably 1400+) as well as atleast 75% and above in your undergraduation in order to qualify for admission.
