Dear rani,
Yes it will be an additional advantage for you,
For getting in a good B-school one need to clear any entrance like CAT, MAT, GMAT, CET etc with good marks.
you will get advantage of your quality i.e. debate during MBA sessions in Group Discussions and further when you will face interview. It also will be of help when you present your project, seminars etc.
For admission process your Debate ability wont be considered but it will be valuable all the time.
Hope it was of help,
Wish you best,
Arun.

Hi Rani, Educomp's MAPS is recognized by Bharathiar University. As you haven't mentioned the exact location, I would say that the fee structure differs from one institute to another and course to course. And even it keeps on getting revised almost every year so to quote the exact number would be tough. Instead, I would suggest you to go through their official website or contact the institute personally for exact fee details.
To provide you with more clearer view regarding your query, I am sending you certain links regarding your desired institute.
