You have completed B.Tech. (CSE) but has 1 Backlog. So, I would suggest you to complete the paper and come with flying colours by providing complete dedication and time and effort for the same.
If you are through with preparation then think of any Professional Certification courses rather than thinking of a job. Because you can choose & select your dream job after completion of the degree and you shall feel accomplished.
