Hi,As per new rules of Bar Council of India, there is not recognition for part time law degree and such candidates are not eligible to enroll themselves as advocate and they are not eligible to practice as lawyers in a court. Thus, there is only way to become a lawyer is to obtain a law degree whether a three years after graduation or five years degree after 12th from a recognised college of law in regular mode.
