Both MMS and PGDM students are treated same in N L Dalmia. So there's no difference with respect to teaching, fees as well. Only difference being, PGDM students get laptop from the college and MMS students don't get.

the qualification for DHMS Course is that the student has passed 12th with minimum 45% marks from any recognized board. The course duration is 4 years

It might get a little tough as your CMAT rank is not very decent I assume. But still if you could prove yourself in the interview at the time of admission.
