Hi Jayson, you can get into some of the best B-schools that offer the MSc Management programs. If you are looking at joining the university in January 2011 - look at Oxford Brookes University. The program is accredited by AMBA (Association of MBA) for Fresher Management program.
In September, you can consider applying to some of the Top 100 B-schools on FT Rankings such as Manchester, Durham, Nottingham, Lancaster, Aston, Birmingham, Bradford. These universities do not require GMAT for MSc Management programs and most of them accredited by AMBA. Some of these B-schools also offer partial bursaries that are contested.
If you have a constraint on budget, apply early before March at few other universities also where there are good scholarships / bursaries available. Feel free to get back for more specific details

While the MBA has generic business subjects combined with Finance specialisation, MSc Finance will usually have more subjects related to finance itself. Not all MSc Finance are offered to people with non-business/ finance background and some of these courses that concentrate on Investments and Risks will also expect good numerical skills and a background in finance or accounting or commerce. Same applies to Banking and Finance also.
The MBA Finance on the other hand can be done by non - business graduates also but most of the UK universities will require experience to do an MBA.
You have not mentioned about your experience or lack of it. If you do not have experience, you can look at the MBA Finance options available at universities such as Staffordshire and University of Aberdeen among few others. Your choices of MSc programs will be wide and you can choose specifically based on subjects also. Look at Salford Universities - MSc Banking and Finance or University of Westminster's International Finance or Investment and Finance or Glasgow Caledonian's Risk, Banking and Finance and so on for a glimpse of your choices.
