HI,
If she not able to attend the regular college so i suggest her go to MBA-HR, SALES management, instead of taking admission for PGD course.
Because PGD is equivalent to MBA, but its not an MBA.
So MBA course is definately good that PGD.
Some university is provide distance education course in MBA-HR,SALES course. If she ready to do this course, so i suggest her to take admission for MBA.
Because in PGD course also you not going to attend any college, so same procedure is here. You can MBA in IGNOU, PTU, ICFAI.
And as per her working experience, her idea of specilization is correct.
So think once before taking any decision.
