As you are pursuing Visual Communication which is very much related to AD, Film making or in other words electronic media, I would suggest you to go for a PG course in Media or any of its domain. Media being a broad term has a lot to offer such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising, PR etc.
Top Mass Comm/Media colleges in India are
MICA- Ahmadabad
IIMC- Delhi
XIC- Mumbai
JAMIA- Delhi
SIMC- Pune
School of Broadcasting Journalism- Mumbai.

Media line itself is so challenging and film making will be more of skill based. After completing your engineering, you can easily go for PG in film making in specific or a PG Media/ Mass Communication (Film Making is a part of Media/ Mass Comm).
To start your career in film direction it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So i would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge.
