Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Better career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

As you have posted this question under Germany, I would say the country is not that much known for its MBA programs, instead it is known for it s technical courses and advancements. For MBA programs, you can look for countries like UK, USA etc.
However, there are a few universities offering a similar masters program. Few of the German universities are
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology,
Technische Universität München (University),
Coburg University of Applied Sciences,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
Fulda University of Applied Sciences,
Freiberg University of Mining and Technology,
University of Applied Sciences Bremen,
University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg,
Berlin School of Applied Sciences (HTW) etc.
For admissions you have to give GMAT and TOEFL / IELTS as per the university requirement.
As for scholarships, there is a least possibility for students to get a scholarship. Though the education in Germany is govt. funded but not management programs, though there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee.
One of the organisations that you can approach for scholarships is DAAD, which is a German govt. approved organisation and have their offices in various cities in India.

In order to be a teacher in a school, you need to be a B.Ed.
For Primary Teacher. the minimum requirement for school teacher is a graduate with a nursery training certificate / diploma or degree.
Usually candidates with a Bachelors in education ( B.Ed.) start their career as primary school teachers and gradually move up.
Candidates who are graduates in home science can also be selected for primary school teachers.
The candidate must be a graduate or a post graduate with at least 55% marks aggregate and holding either a diploma or degree in education or teaching. The candidate should have at studied least one of the teaching subjects during graduation.
Apart from teaching, a content writer can go for Journalism, free lancing, content management, content development etc.
As for government jobs, you need to give entrance exams for respective profiles. You can get the information on newspaper and government websites.
