No, you cannot get a direct admission in 2nd year of BBA which is a under graduate course of 3 years duration. The reason behind it is that you are not satisfying the educational qualification needed. The needed educational qualification needed is that you should have completed +2 from a recognized school board.
So, you are not eligible for direct admission.

Hello there!
The best way to prepare for entrance exam for FTII & SRFTII is download previous years question papers and check out the modules they have asked for. Such as Mathematics, abstract reasoning, General awareness, Indian culture, Indian drama history, architecture , folk music. For interview prepare basic question about the course you would like to pursue. and get proper knowledge on it. Good luck !

In India, presently, opportunities for employment on core aeronautical engineering jobs are pretty less. Newly appointed CEO of Infosys too is an aeronautical engineering graduate from IIT Mumbai but he is into the software. However, it can be stepping stone for doing MBA or higher studies. Few employers in core jobs are Armed Forces, DRDO, ISRO, etc.

After XIIth, you need to pursue a Bachelor's degree in life science, biology, genetics, microbiology or pre-med, bio-chemistry, biotechnology is a good starting point.
