Admissions are offered to Students with 12th Science and subjects PCM. There is no Entrance Exam for admission at The Bombay flying club. Minimum percentage requirements is aggregate of 45% in 12 board exams. There are no entrance exams for admission at The Bombay Flying Club. Courses offered are B.Sc. In Aviation with Commercial Pilot License ans B.Sc. Aeronautics with Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

The Bombay Flying club does not offer any scholarships to aspiring students. But, the college does accept scholarships provided by other independent organizations.

BITS Pilani do considers improvement exam provided you appear and write for all the subjects of 12th standard again in improvement exam. Partial improvement of 1/2 subjects wont be considered.

Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply CPL after +2 with science stream. But, you need to have a good amount of money.
In my opinion, after +2, PPL is better. After doing this, go for CPL and ground handling, etc.
