Hello Pratik,
Admissions abroad follow a totally different pattern as compared to Indian universities. Hence, there is a bright chance that you may get admission in petroleum engineering abroad for MS even after completing your graduation in pharmaceutical. However there are many nuances in the whole process & hence I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad.

No candidates cannot become a doctor if they have done only BSc Nursing. But they can apply for MBBS after BSc Nursing if they really want to become a doctor.

For MBBS, they will have to sit for NEET UG and also pass it. And that is how after pursuing MBBS, they can become a doctor.

There is no direct way of becoming a doctor after only BSc Nursing.
