Hi Bharath,
Most of the German Universities ask for GRE score also if course is not in German language then you need to take TOEFL test to proof your English skills . Knowledge of German language is must inorder to communicate with the locals or especially when you work part time then its required however mostly international programs are taught in German language.

Listed below are the criteria on the basis of which you can secure admission in Harvard for the Full time MBA program:
1) GMAT: Atleast 720+
2) TOEFL: Atleast 110+
3) IELTS: Not required it taking the TOEFL. If taking the IELTS, then atleast a score of 7.5 would be required.
4) Undergrad percentage: 75% and above preferred
5) Cost: Almost 80,000 dollars per year including living expense
6) work experience: Atleast 2 years of Full Time work experience would be required.
