First and the formost, you have to zero in on a University of your choice, whichw ould offer the subject of interest to you. Then you will have to apply for the offer with your educational documents and then English Language certificates. Once approved, they will provide you with the offer letter based on which you need to make the payment of the needed deposit of the fees. This will give you the CAS letter which is what is needed for your visa.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage.
