You can certainly do M.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical as you have done B.tech in textile that will also offer you job as lecturer in technical colleges but yes this course you will have to do in full time where as MBA you can do in part time or through distance education also along with your job. An MBA degree is going to land you in the corporate world - meaning a huge career change as opportunities for MBA student is more in corporate than in teaching profession while after completing your M.tech with M.Ed you can draw more salary and benefits in your career.So, if you are interested to become a lecturer, then you will have to do Masters and then you can go for an interview and a written test to become a lecturer of Private college.But, if you are interested to become a lecturer of government colleges, then you will have to appear and clear the UGC-NET exam, after clearing this exams, you will get government colleges option as well. I will suggest you to go for further studies in technical field only based on your previous academic background.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
