Hi,
Canada, is one of the finest study destination to pursue studies, please remember as the medium of education Canadian universities is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOE

It is nice to know that you are learning the skills, which will make you employable. Learning HTML5 and CSS won't be waste of time, 'caz they are utilized by a wide range of companies. Trends internationally are for sure towards Joomla, Wordpress etc. You must strengthen your skills in both the domains
