Both MS and MBA are really good options. First thing you should consider is that where will you be more successful and where your interests lie. Second thing you should consider is that MS is a very specialized course and you will be restricted to telecommunications industry or any other related industry. On the other hand MBA will give you an opportunity to explore other verticals as well. Third thing you should consider is placement. However it is true that average placement for an MBA graduate is higher compared to an MS graduate, but that is just the starting salary. Also your place of PG will affect your starting salary. Post which there is absolutely no difference. Sky is the limit in both the cases. I would suggest you look at your strengths and interests and then decide accordingly.
