The cut off for MAT is 50 percentile to get the first step clearance for admission in ICBM-SBE. Also for other exams including CAT/CMAT, the student need to get a minimum of 50 %ile score.

The scores mentioned by you are a little low. So you need to get a really good score in the entrance exams. Besides, NSS certification doesn't help much in the corporate jobs unless you can back it with some exceptional work done during your NSS camp.
