E-MBA is an one year MBA for professionals minimum those who have 3+years work experience but most of the colleges accepting only who have minimum 5 years experience. It doesn't offer any assured placement. MBA is a two years full time degree those who have interested in management. Freshers and work experience holders are eligible. It offers placement.

Hello Abhijeet,
Yes, it does matter in some of the premier institutes. Example: If you're going to IIM and non-IIM member colleges that's nothing but grade 1 and grade 2 colleges. It does matter for your percentage. They just consider your +2 marks and the stream (how much you scored).

Comparing the topics of B.Tech CSE and B.Tech IT would't be any useful to you. Because if you consider B.Tech in CSE, different universities have different course plans. Even colleges under the same university have different course plan. So don't try to compare. Which one is better? I would say CSE is better. As that covers both how and SW. Most NITs and IITs have CSE programme. I would suggest you to do your own research to know about the syllabus. IIT Bombay is the best. IIT-Bombay is owned by the central government but VJTI is owned by the state government, government of Maharashtra. For IIT Bombay, one has to stay in their hostel and study. That is compulsory. But for VJTI, you can be a day student. Other than this, both are the best institutions.
