As per the Gov. of India norms, universities are not allowed to open any study centres else their recognition will get cancelled.
Although, you can refer online courses from universities like Mewar Universty (mewar.edu.in) for online courses
or IGNOU(ignou.ac.in) for offline MBA.

You can go with CPT to enter into CA course, you can go with CS course. Most common is B.Com, BCA, BBA, BA LLB (Hons.), B.Com LLB (Hons.) or if you want to go with literature, you can opt BA. Opt out the best of your interest.
