Although, both the coaching Institutes are decent Institutes with there own merits and demerits but everybody will have a different opinion about this as there is no neutral rating for such Institutes, so what I would suggest is that you should keep few things in mind before enrolling into any Coaching Institutes such as: the study material, infrastructure, Faculty and his/her educational background, the number of classes, the course curriculum, number of students per batch, if the Institute gives AIR ranking of mock tests or not. I would also suggest you to visit the institute before enrolling and talk to their current batch

I would like to know, if you have already completed your graduation then why do you want to get into third year of graduation? If you want to improve your score I would suggest you, to retake your third year from your own college instead of looking for such an option as it is not possible to get admission directly in the third year of any Institute.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries.
Thanks,
Pooja

You are not eligible to pursue a PG degree in Canada due to the fact that a 4 year UG degree is required to qualify for admission in Canada whereas your degree is a 3 year degree. You are eligible to apply for PG diplomas but not degrees.
If you are interested in a degree, then i would recommend looking for a university in UK at https://uk.shiksha.com
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
