Well as per my knowledge if you are keen to pursue M.A. in English through regular mode, in that case, it is important to pursue a degree in English only but as you are keen to pursue Masters from IGNOU, i.e. through the correspondence mode, in that case a graduate of any discipline is eligible to pursue this course.

Well changing a University in continuation to the course is least of any possibility, in that case you will have to start the course afresh. CAT is the widely accepted test, if you are looking, at a reputed B School. CAT is held once a year, in the moth of November. Apart from CAT, there are reputed B Schools, which have their own entrance test, like,FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES ( FMS) - DELHI and NARSEE MONJEE (NMAT) - MUMBAI , which requires you, to be only a graduate.

There is no such specific courses however you can do MFM or courses offered by AMFI/ NCFM on derivatives and financial market

if you are working you must have to complete your MBA in distance mode only you cant go with regular mode if you are doing this it wont work.as you are in job so how can you get any regular degree?so its better you complete your MBA in distance mode & you will get better option in same field
