Hi,
If you mean undergraduate degree in mass communication, the please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 50% in 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
