The registrations have already started and will be open till 14/02/2014 upto 5 p.m.
There is also an option of applying late with fine if you miss the deadline, but you better apply asap.
I would also advise you to take the MMS-CET 2014 exam to also apply through CET scores.
Check dte.org.in/mba2014 for further details and keep checking it for timely updates.
