Hi Sudarshan, I think you are confused for future course as one side you are saying you do not want to do Master in Technical field and another side you are asking question related to PG in Technical field. I think best option for you would be study in UK and courses related to Master in Engineering Management which will be combine Engineering – 30-40% and rest management related subjects with only IELTS requirements of 6.5 bands. Even I would like to inform you that outside India you can do MBA with specialization in Marketing, International business etc. Also there are many specializations with MBA in UK. For admission apart from your graduation you need to clear English language test. You can give IELTS / TOEFL/ PTE for admission. If you are interested to train yourself for pre-school then eligibility is Class XII with 50% aggregate. Teachers with diplomas in education / Bachelors in education teach the primary classes. Graduates of Home Science also serve the purpose.
For B.Ed Degrees after graduation and post-graduation you may opt for teacher's training colleges. You may even consider correspondence courses for teachers if you are currently working.

After PG/M.Phil courses, if interested to be a lecturer, you need to undergo NET exam, conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC. The State level test SLET is for appointments within the state. The promotion is based on performance, duration of service, and research publications.

MBA or M.Tech. courses are better and after completing the courses you can get a better job & handsome salary.
It really depends upon your interest on which field u want to select.
If you are interested in Business field and money oreinted then you can choose MBA.doing MBA u can improve ur manegerial skills,optmization skills etc.
If you are interested in research in ur subject then you can choose M.Tech.
But doing in only one field is better than the mixture of fields , so in my opinion b.tech + m.tech is better than b.tech+mba.
U are free to choose your field.I would suggest you to first set your goal . according to that take your decision. its all about your interest towards a particular field.
