Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as per your profile you are not eligible for admission in full time MBA or PGDM program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, as in order to pursue distance MBA you need to be graduate in any field.
