Hello Kshitij,
With this score, you can get any good college. And if you will to pursue MBA from any rung institute, you will be just wasting your time and money. Don't lose hope as you still have chance to take admission through some good individual/state level entrance exams which are being conducted every year by various institutes/states for students who don't meet national tests score criteria.
You can appear for TANCET MBA test conducted by Anna University, UPESMET test conducted by UPES University, KMAT etc. Last dates to apply for these exams are very close like last date to apply for UPESMET is 5th March, 2016 while for TANCET

Choose a specialization on what interests you since you have to do job in that field for your entire life. Even if you fetch an all right placement for the first year, things will improve later on. In terms of college placements, all Specialisations get good placement.with almost 100 percent placement record for all three branches

Its better to reappear again for the 12th, as you can proceed with the graduation in the future. Other than that you can join Diploma courses based on your 10th grades/marks. But if you do Diploma also you need to study Graduation. So, my suggestion is to clear your 12th and join Graduation.
