It depends on the institute and its affiliation with the university but it will be above Rs 2.90 lacs approximately. I just wanted to ask if there is any particular reason you are looking for a degree course. There also are some really good diploma courses available which will also gear you up for a great career.

Welingkar is better than IBS Hyderabad in terms of placement and academics and there are many notable faculties who teaches there. ROI of IBS Hyderabad is 6.3 lacs p.a. and welingkar's is around 8.5 lacs p.a.

Top A grade schools will require above 90% percentile. But, you will get good schools till 75% and below 75%, you might get a lot of B-schools but will not be good to join them. You should atleast try for above 80%.
